Ship Upgrade Priority

1. Hull (Durability): Prevents sinking. Always priority #1.
2. Sails (Speed): Fewer random encounters, faster travel.
3. Cannons (Firepower): Reduces naval combat time and damage taken.
4. Armor plating: Nice to have, but hull upgrades provide more value early.
