Permanent Skill Tree Priority

The permanent skill tree unlocks between Oblivion Journey cycles. These upgrades persist forever and drastically change your power level.

Priority Order (Early Game)

  1. Shipyard Expansion: Unlock more upgrade slots for all ships. This is the highest value early investment.
  2. Extended Storage: Carry more cargo per voyage. More cargo = more rewards.
  3. Recruitment Network: Reduce crew recruitment costs by 15%.
  4. Alchemy Lab: Unlock potion crafting. Healing potions save runs.

Priority Order (Mid to Late Game)

  1. Advanced Navigation: Reveal more of the map at the start of each voyage.
  2. Deep Sea Merchant: Unlock the Abyssal merchant who sells legendary items.
  3. Cannon Mastery: +20% naval combat damage. Saves hull durability.
  4. Oblivion Resonance: Start each new cycle with bonus gold and materials.
Important: Skill tree points are limited per cycle. Plan your path carefully - respecs are expensive!

Building Upgrade Priority in Ottopia

  • Shipyard (Level 3): Essential for mid-tier ship crafting.
  • Warehouse (Level 2): Storage is your best friend.
  • Tavern (Level 2): Better crew轮换 and rare recruits.
  • Supply Depot (Level 2): Cheaper voyage supplies.
  • Mahjong Parlor: Purely for fun and minor gold income. Low priority.

Multi-Cycle Progression

Each completion of the main story unlocks a new cycle with increased difficulty and new content.
